Tom Chairman of the Board
Tom Coughlin is a 25+ year veteran of the telecommunications industry. During this time, he has engineered growth strategies for organizations that led to increased profitability and eventual acquisition. He has managed and worked with companies ranging in size from privately held telecommunications resellers to major wholesale carriers. He has been founder and Chairman Vista Communications, Communications Management Group, and Alliance Group services. He is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BA in Business Administration and is a member of the President's Board of the University of Miami. He is an active board member of the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center. His previous professional affiliations include being a Member of Comp Tel/ASCENTS Executive Committee and the association's International Communications Committee, Finance/Compensation Committee, Public Relations Committee, Internet Advisory Council.

Keith President and CEO
Keith Schaefer brings vast leadership experiences in marketing, strategy, and leadership roles to Moonshado. Prior to joining Moonshado he was the former Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of BPL Global, Ltd., a smart grid technology company dedicated to leading the transformation of energy efficiency and reliability. He has held senior management positions with companies ranging from hyper‐growth start‐ups to Fortune 100s and a Global 500 company. Prior to BPL Global, Schaefer was Senior Partner at Constellation Partners and previous to that Executive Partner and member of the Executive Committee at US Web/CKS. Keith began his career in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble, followed by Clorox, and then achieved the position of Executive Vice President at Atari Corporation. He has held presidential and CEO positions at Computer Curriculum Corporation and Worlds of Wonder and served as an Executive Vice President at NEC Technologies. Being an Executive Vice President at Viacom and President of Paramount Communications Technology Group, where he established and successfully led the Venture Capital Group and set up early initiatives and strategic alliances with Microsoft, AOL and Nickelodeon.
Mr. Schaefer earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Pittsburgh. He is a past President of the Alumni Association and a current Trustee of the University of Pittsburgh, and is actively involved with the University’s $2 billion capital campaign. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Hesselbein Global Academy for Student Leadership and Civic Engagement. He was co‐founder of the Socrates Society at The Aspen Institute. Keith also co‐authored the best‐selling Internet marketing book Net Results, which has been used as a reference text at leading business schools.

Dev SVP Technology and Board Member
Dev oversees product expansion, integration with clients in an agile manner to ensure quickest time to market. During his time at Moonshado he has ensured our products and services expand to meet the ever-changing mobile technology landscape. Prior to joining Moonshado, he held positions in the supply chain department of a global materials conglomerate implementing technologies affecting sales and inventory initiatives. Dev holds a degree in Economics and Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan.

Kevin SVP Engineering
Kevin oversees the development and maintenance of our infrastructure. He leads our in-house gateways, dashboards and APIs that allow for rapid proto-typing of digital interaction across SMS, MMS, QR, and mobile/web-based applications with agile methodologies. He is a contributor of the Ruby on Rails open source project and has written numerous web-based applications. Kevin joins Moonshado after being a Senior Ruby Developer with healthcare and financial applications company. He has managed the IT infrastructure for a major municipal organization and co-founded a web software firm focused on source-code security, server infrastructure and application scaling. Kevin attended Wayne State University graduating with a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.

Steve SVP, Global Sales and Business Development
Steve is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and international sales. Steve has more than 24 years of telecommunications industry experience, including 15 years of sales and management roles overseeing global wireless and wire-line carrier markets. Steve has held wholesale carrier management positions with several major public and privately owned telecommunication companies leading to sustained revenue growth and increased profitability. Steve actively participates in industry trade events and conferences throughout the US and worldwide.

Nandan SVP, Compliance and Client Relations
Nandan ensures our clients are on-boarded and using our suite of products and services to its full potential. He also ensures that the client is fully compliant with mobile networks on regulatory and industry-established best practices for SMS, MMS, and OS Native Apps prior to their launch. He has held a past position with a private trading firm, where he was responsible for determining asset and capital allocation, along with day trading derivatives and equities. Nandan holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Michigan State University.

Jan VP Client Relations
Jan has expertise in global sales and marketing for start-ups, turnarounds, and high-growth organizations. Jan founded her first consulting firm 25 years ago where she was recognized for her ability to adapt rapidly to new challenges and diverse cultures, with excellent conceptualization, implementation and negotiation skills. Ms. Ray has held corporate positions with Corbis, a corporation whose principal stockholder is Bill Gates. Additional positions include Director of Business Development of a large business-to-business advertising agency and digital-photographic laboratory. She has created strategic marketing and sales plans for Fortune 1000 clients with a minimum $25 million media budget.
